1. Free Snapshot

The free Snapshot does not require payment and is not subject to any refund policy.

2. Premium Reports

Because Premium reports are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund in limited cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical failure that prevents delivery of the purchased report
  • Accidental multiple purchases of the same product
  • Clear billing error

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal interpretation of the report
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Delayed use after successful delivery
  • Requests made after significant use or access to the purchased content

5. Request Window

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@traitmatch.ai.

6. Review Process

We review refund requests case by case and reserve the right to request additional information in order to verify the issue. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

If you experience a billing issue, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution.
